How does it work?
The audio and video (graphics and/or camera) are sent from any room to any room using the local area network. An Overflow on Demand system is setup in every meeting room (sending room) that might need an overflow room. The overflow room (receiving room) will not need additional equipment if it is already setup as a meeting room with a computer, screen, projector and sound.
Each overflow room will have a menu on the computer from which the sending room may be selected. The audio and video from the originating room immediately begins playing.
