APCO AV Client FTP Log-in Instructions
These are the instructions for accessing your Private FTP folder on the APCO AV server. To continue, you need a username and password provided by APCO AV.
Our ftp servers do not work with web-browsers. You will need an FTP software program. We recommend SmartFTP, which can be downloaded here, and you can use it for free for one month as a trial.
Once you've installed Smartftp, open the program, under "File" click "New Remote Browser."
This will open up a new window. You will need to enter info into three boxes. First, next to "Host", type in "ftp.apcoav.com".
Next to "Username", enter the username provided to you by APCO AV.
Then, next to "Password", enter the password provided to you by APCO AV.
The picture below shows the boxes where you need to enter information highlighted in light red.
Once you've entered the info just click "OK" and that's it! You will now be logged into your private FTP folder. You can drag and drop files into the folder window to upload or download from your FTP folder.
